What a lovely holiday! Beverley was delightful. I arrived a bit later than expected, but she was there to make sure I was safe and sound and had what I needed. The cottage was perfect. Clean, uncluttered, inviting and well stocked for the traveler. There’s a lovely place to sit outside with views of the sheep, and chickens – and these adorable runner ducks that would come and visit me while I was enjoying my coffee.

It all made me want to sit there forever. Not to mention off in the distance you can see hints of a beautiful château. So fitting for my ideal vision of the French country landscape. Beverley invited me to join her on the morning rounds and introduced me to all the lovely critters. Truly an enjoyable stay!

So much work and she makes it all look easy and joyful. I’ll be sure to come back in the summer when it’s warmer and I can enjoy the swimming pool! I dare say, the next time I may feel a bit like I’m coming home. Thank you for a lovely holiday and money well spent! ~ Emma, Oregon, Nov. 2023
